Little Ducklings Fees are as follows from the 1st April 2024
Ducklings Room (3 months – 2 years) £62.00 per day
Mallard Room (2 years – 5 years) £60.00 per day
We also offer the option for half day sessions in the Mallard Room only.
The morning session runs from 7.45am-1.00pm and the afternoon session runs from 1.15pm-6.00pm. Fees are: £34.00 per session

Little Ducklings accepts the majority of childcare vouchers including Computershare, Fideliti and Edenred and the Tax Free Childcare Scheme
There is a £50.00 deposit required upon booking your child into Little Ducklings Day Nursery. This will be deducted from your first months invoice. If you decide to cancel your child’s place prior to their start date this deposit is non-refundable .We charge all year round apart from christmas week which is free of charge.
All fees include nappies, wipes and all freshly prepared meals and healthy snacks.
Little Ducklings Day Nursery is an eligible provider of the Early Education Funding (EEF) for children aged from 9 months (from September 2024).
For children aged 9 months and 2-years you may be eligible for 15 hours of funding for 38 weeks of the year (term time only).
The term after your child’s 3rd birthday they are automatically entitled to 15 hours of funding however, you may be eligible for a further 15 hours (30 in total)

PLEASE NOTE YOUR CHILD IS ONLY ENTITILED TO THE FUNDING THE TERM AFTER THEIR QUALIFYING AGE.
The funding is provided TERM TIME ONLY however, we are able to spread the funding over the whole year which means your child would receive 22.35 hours over 51 weeks. Parents will be required to complete a parental agreement form to confirm their child’s details and sessions booked. Under the current system if your child attends nursery for 1 day they will be entitled to 10 hours a week funding and for 2 days or more they are entitled to 15 hrs. (Please note you can only claim a maximum of 10 hours per day of funded hours if your child attends 2 days you can claim 20 hours per week and any remaining funding can be banked)
The funding covers the cost of childcare between the hours 8am-6pm (7.45am-8am are offered free of charge)
The funding only covers the cost of childcare. Meals are charged at an additional rate which is invoiced to parents at the beginning of the month. If you wish, you can provide your child with a packed lunch, snacks for throughout the day and a small snack for teatime. A breakdown of costs is provided to you the term before your child reaches qualifying age along with the parental agreement form.
We are flexible to meet the needs of children in receipt of the EEF however, we do prioritise places on a full-time basis.
